Privacy policy

Voxmen (Voxty Marketing LLC, 5830 E 2nd St STE, Casper, WY 82609, USA) operates voxmen.shop. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. We are the data controller for the purposes of the GDPR.

What we collect

  • Order data: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, items purchased. Payment card details are processed by Shopify Payments and never stored by us.
  • Account and communication data: messages you send us, newsletter sign-ups.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies).

Why we use it

  • To process and deliver your order and handle returns and refunds (performance of a contract).
  • To answer your questions and provide customer service (contract / legitimate interest).
  • To send marketing emails if you have opted in (consent; unsubscribe any time via the link in each email).
  • To prevent fraud, secure the Site and comply with legal obligations (legitimate interest / legal obligation).
  • To measure and improve the Site and our advertising, using analytics and advertising cookies only with your consent where required.

Who we share it with

Shopify (store hosting and payments), our fulfilment partner (to ship your order), carriers, email service providers, analytics and advertising partners (Meta, Google, TikTok) where you have consented, and authorities when legally required. Some providers are located outside the EU/EEA; transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the Site working (cart, checkout, security). Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically 7–10 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing voxmen@voxty.net. EU/EEA residents can also complain to their local data protection authority. California residents can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising via the link in the footer.

Children

The Site is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page with its date.
