60-day money-back guarantee

We want you to try Voxmen Prostate Support without risk. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will refund the full purchase price of the product, even if the bottle is empty.

How to request a refund

  1. Email voxmen@voxty.net with your order number and the email used at checkout.
  2. We confirm your request within 2 business days. No forms, no questions about why.
  3. The refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank.

What is covered

  • One refund per customer under the 60-day guarantee (first order of each product).
  • Bundles (3 or 6 bottles): the guarantee covers the full bundle if requested within 60 days of delivery.
  • Shipping fees, where charged, are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged or was not delivered.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the package and product. We will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

EU / EEA / UK consumers: right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, in addition to our 60-day guarantee. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement (email is enough) within that period. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food supplements cannot be resold; our 60-day guarantee still applies to opened products. Unopened products returned under the statutory right must be sent back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice; we refund all payments including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return shipment.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are handed to the carrier, usually within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, please use the guarantee above.
