These terms govern your use of voxmen.shop (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by Voxty Marketing LLC, 5830 E 2nd St STE, Casper, WY 82609, USA ("Voxmen", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. Our products are dietary supplements intended for adult men.
2. Products and health disclaimer
Voxmen products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines. Statements on this Site describe how ingredients support normal body functions; they have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or the European Food Safety Authority, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your doctor before use if you take medication, have a medical condition or are scheduled for surgery. Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Individual results vary.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues; if we cancel after payment we refund you in full. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable; shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and its partners. We never see or store your full card details.
5. Shipping, returns and guarantee
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. In short: orders ship within 1–3 business days, and every first purchase is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. EU/EEA/UK consumers also keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and all other rights that cannot be limited by contract.
6. Accuracy of information
We do our best to keep product information, ingredients and prices accurate. If we discover an error affecting your order we will contact you before shipping.
7. Intellectual property
The Voxmen name, logo, product design, photography and Site content belong to Voxty Marketing LLC or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any right that applicable consumer law does not allow us to limit.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
